The High-Mileage Athlete’s Solution
As a U.S. Navy veteran with over two decades deep in the fitness space as a competitive bodybuilder, personal trainer, and gym owner, I know what it means to push a body to its absolute limits. But years of high-mileage, heavy strength training eventually catch up to you.
My pre-workout routine had become an exhausting ritual. I was spending 30 tedious minutes on a foam roller stretching, followed by a lengthy warmup, and still feeling the drag of old injuries. My workouts were stretching past an hour and a half, fueled more by stubborn grit than actual energy.
I looked at the market for relief, and what I found was broken. The options were either completely ineffective, chemical-scented garbage, or outrageously overpriced premium lotions that did not deliver on their promises.
So, I went to the lab to solve my own problem.
