Orders may be canceled before fulfillment, and we reserve the right to cancel orders for invalid, suspicious, unavailable, or incorrectly priced transactions. Privacy Policy
We collect email, contact, order, and consent details to fulfill purchases, send requested updates, manage support, and improve the site. We do not sell customer data. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of certain processing under privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR-style rights where applicable.
Refund / Return Policy
Pre-launch orders can be canceled before shipping. After delivery, unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to support approval. Opened topical products, damaged returns, and final-sale promotional orders may be ineligible unless required by law.
Safety Disclaimer
OCTANE contains DMSO, methyl salicylate, capsicum, frankincense, curcumin derivatives, and niacin. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin, heat therapy, tight wraps, and occlusive bandages. DMSO may create a temporary garlic-like odor or taste. Patch test before use. Stop use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs. Consult a physician before use if pregnant, nursing, allergic to salicylates, using medications, or managing a medical condition.
