Use of the website and product purchase are subject to these terms. Orders may be canceled before fulfillment, and we reserve the right to cancel orders for invalid, suspicious, unavailable, or incorrectly priced transactions. Product information is provided for general education and is not medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCTANE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or product misuse.

Privacy Policy

We collect email, contact, order, and consent details to fulfill purchases, send requested updates, manage support, and improve the site. We do not sell customer data. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of certain processing under privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR-style rights where applicable.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage: a sign-in cookie when you use an account, your cart contents saved in your browser, and, if you arrive through a partner link, a referral cookie kept for 30 days so the partner can be credited. We use Metricool to measure visits to the site.

We share data only with the services that run the store: Stripe processes payments and holds your card details (we never see or store full card numbers), Google provides account sign-in, Resend delivers our emails and holds our mailing list, and Render hosts the site and its database. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing support@octanemusclecreams.com.

Refund / Return Policy

Orders can be canceled before they ship. After delivery, unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to support approval. Opened topical products, damaged returns, and final-sale promotional orders may be ineligible unless required by law.

Safety Disclaimer

OCTANE Pre contains wintergreen leaf oil (a natural source of methyl salicylate), capsicum (OC) resin, camphor, menthol, niacin, methyl nicotinate, and benzyl nicotinate. OCTANE Post contains menthol, arnica, boswellia, and frankincense oil. Both contain emu oil. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin, heat therapy, tight wraps, and occlusive bandages. Patch test before use. Stop use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs. Consult a physician before use if pregnant, nursing, allergic to salicylates, using medications, or managing a medical condition.
